World Autism Awareness Day
World Autism Awareness Day is today, Tuesday, April 2nd and the entire month of April is Autism Awareness Month.
It is a time to recognize individual differences. Autism Awareness encourages us to move towards inclusion, appreciation and acceptance of all people. It’s about acknowledging uniqueness and celebrating the accomplishment of others. We are hopeful that our school community continues to show compassion for all.
Lawrence, please shine a light on Autism Awareness and “Light it Up Blue” by wearing blue shirts to school every Friday during the month of April. Or, if you have an Autism Awareness shirt, that is great too. Please remember as you go through your day to always choose kindness.
Prom Boutique
There is a no cost PROM BOUTIQUE that takes place on Saturday-April 20th from 9am-3pm. If you are interested in shopping at this boutique you MUST go to see Ms. Swain in ROOM 300 and sign up-Please make sure your sign up for this boutique NOW in order to get on the guest LIST!!! Those of you who pre register will have priority access to shop for PROM attire.
